About Me

I’m Kim David, a mindset and business coach. I’ve spent 15 years as a marketing strategist, helping household brands achieve business goals through creative campaigns. Past clients included Oreo, Target, and Tula skincare. I was also the former Director of Digital and Social Media at the New York Yankees.

I became an entrepreneur because I learned that the corporate world would never align with my values. I no longer wanted to support companies, institutions, and a system designed to exploit people and our planet.

While I was able to quickly replace my full-time income as a new business owner, I did not have the mindset and structure to sustain this journey. I applied the same approach that helped me succeed in corporate to entrepreneurship, and that was a recipe for disaster.

So I created my own blueprint that prioritized rest, sustainable growth, and my sanity.

I believe a women-run small-business economy can heal our world. But our success often depends on un-learning the bullshit that fuels those harmful systems.
